Abstract Realism

Thanks to alto saxophonist Peter Epstein & the band, Idee Fixe that ABSTRACT REALISM is alive and well and living in New Jersey. We're not quite if the worm hole or holistic worm is in New Jersey, but... it sure sounds exciting.

"Abstract Realism" is so progressive and outward bound against the world of 24 hour modern hype. It actually is a third stream, avant gard, point of view of state of the art.

This brings to mind George Russell, Gunther Schuller, Bob Greattinger, Eric Dolphy many contributions in the early sixties. To many sojourning hipsters, "Abstract Realism" is a breath of fresh air.

Altoist Peter Epstein started in Portland Oregon and through the journey, is now in NYC.

The band "Idee Fixe," consisting of Andy Barbera," drums, Sam Minaie, bass and Matt Mayall on drums.

Abstract Realism" is Peter Epstein's commitment on what is right.
