Owen Chen leads Eternal Wind, a New York-based ensemble that is known to reimagine beloved film soundtracks, Studio Ghibli, anime, and video game music through the lens of modern jazz improvisation. From intimate violin-guitar duos to dynamic sextets, Eternal Wind delivers sophisticated arrangements that balance technical virtuosity, emotional storytelling, and spontaneous improvisation, with repertoires that span across jazz, pop, RnB, and popular film music. Drawing from the language of bebop, post-bop, and contemporary jazz, the group reshapes familiar themes into music that feels intimate, restless, nostalgic and alive.

Eternal Wind recorded it's first full-length album in August 2025, to be released on OA2 Records in March 2026.
